Terms Of Service

Terms of service

By using Urban Gadget or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or act with appropriate permission.

Products & orders

Product descriptions, specifications and availability on the applicable product page govern the item offered. Concept imagery is labelled and is not a confirmed product specification. Screen colours may differ from physical products. An order acknowledgement is not confirmation of dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order or discover a material pricing error, we will contact you and provide a refund when appropriate.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in Indian rupees unless another currency is expressly displayed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are presented before payment. Only payment methods shown at checkout are offered. Do not submit false or unauthorised payment information.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit malicious content or infringe others' rights. Urban Gadget site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Our non-branded products are not represented as affiliated with another watch manufacturer.

Returns & responsibility

Our shipping, cancellation and return policies explain the purchase process and available remedies. Smartwatch features, if provided, are for general lifestyle use and are not a substitute for medical assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers.

Contact us first with any concern. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms applicable when your order was placed remain relevant to that order.
