Returns, refunds & exchanges

Request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing urbangadget100@gmail.com with your order number and reason. For change-of-mind returns, the watch must be unused, with tags, accessories and packaging intact. Reasonable inspection does not affect remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Contact us promptly with a description and, where practical, photographs. An unboxing video is not mandatory. We arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping for verified defects, incorrect items or transit damage. Misuse, accidental damage and ordinary wear are not eligible as product defects.

Return process & costs

Contact us before posting an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping; no restocking fee applies. Do not send a parcel cash-on-delivery. Remove accounts and personal data from the device before returning it.

Refund timing

We assess returned items within 3 business days of receipt and initiate approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method. Banks may take additional time to credit the refund. For approved cash-on-delivery refunds, we arrange a verified bank or UPI refund privately. Original shipping is refunded where the issue is our responsibility; otherwise it is not refundable.

Exchanges & cancellations

Exchanges depend on stock. You may choose an eligible refund if a replacement is unavailable. Cancellation before dispatch is free; email us promptly. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
