Cancellation policy

To request cancellation, email urbangadget100@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled without a cancellation fee before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow our return and refund policy.

If cancellation is accepted after payment, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid.
